About This Agent

A life-long resident of the Main Line I have a passion for and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. I recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox and Roach REALTORS after serving as a Leasing Representative with Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN). My decision to transition from commercial real estate into residential was motivated by the desire to work with people on a more personal level helping them achieve their home-ownership dreams. My drive for excellence and success originate from my days running Division 1 Track for Lafayette College. There I received the ,Best Teammate Award! maintained athletic academic honors and led the team as a captain my senior year. I do not settle for anything but the best and this training is what ingrained me with a drive to achieve. At Brandywine Realty Trust I completed numerous deals exceeding $15 million in lease value. My territory included over 1.9 million square feet of Trophy and Class A office space spread among FMC Tower at Cira Centre South Cira Centre 3000 Market Street 3020 Market Street and One Drexel Plaza. My responsibilities also included the planned 7 million square foot development project known as Schuylkill Yards. Prior to this I leased Brandywine's 202-Corridor Portfolio which included 2.3 million square feet of Trophy and Class A office space across 32 assets. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for CoreNet Philadelphia and am a member of the National Association of REALTORS National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
